Cooking Show at the Truffle House
The Cooking Shows are the crème de la crème of the San Miniato White Truffle Market Event. During these culinary demonstrations, many recipes are presented that experiment with the king of the table in an innovative way. Performing, the Chef from the best local and national restaurants interprets the highly prized ingredient with creativity and unique dishes.
All the recipes created by the Chefs in the Cooking Shows contain the San Miniato White Truffle and are accompanied by a glass of wine from the San Miniato Winemakers
