The Museum of Memory of San Miniato was created to offer a place to the conservation of the testimonials of the most recent history of the community
of San Miniato. A trip down memory lane, in particular, the years of the fascist dictatorship and the Second World War, up to the proclamation of the Italian Republic.
The exhibition itinerary will allow you to get to know some aspects of that period through an evocative and immersive itinerary through testimonials (oral and material) left by citizens on the twenty years of fascism, on experiences of anti-fascism and resistance, on the passage of the front, and finally on liberation.
